Demola Studio is a one-person business based in Lagos, Nigeria. You can contact me at hello@demolastudio.com.

This website describes the custom websites and web apps I build. It is not an offer to sell. I quote every project in a written scope.

A project starts only when we both agree a written scope. If the scope and these terms disagree, the scope applies.

• Price: quoted per project in your written scope. One-time.
• Payment: 50% when we agree the scope and the work starts, and 50% when your system goes live.
• Refunds: once the first payment is made and the scope is agreed, payments are not refundable. If you need to stop, the project pauses and we pick it up when you're ready.
• Testing: you get 7 days after go-live to check the work against your scope. I fix anything that does not match it. After that, fixes and new features are quoted per job.
• Handover: everything is set up in your name, and I give you a full walkthrough. You keep the website, code and data.
• Hosting: by default, hosting, domain, database and payment accounts are in your name, and you pay those providers directly. There is no monthly fee to me. If you ask me to manage it, we agree a monthly retainer.
• Support: optional after handover, and agreed separately.

Sending your idea is free, and it puts you under no obligation. I can decline a request.

When you send me details about your business, you confirm that you are allowed to share them.

Some systems on this website are demos that I made to show what I build. I label them as demos. I show a client's name, logo or words only with that client's permission.

I own the words, designs and code on this website, except the names, logos and words of clients, which belong to them. You can share links to this website. Do not copy its content for commercial use without my permission.

Do not try to break into the website, overload it, or send false or harmful information through its forms.

Some links go to websites that I do not control, such as live client systems. Their own terms apply there.

I try to keep this website correct and available, but I cannot promise that it is always correct or always online. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow me to limit.

When these terms change, I update the date at the top of the page.
